Dislike the song in a play.
POST/play/:play_id/dislike
Records that this client dislikes the song behind this play. Like a like, the dislike is stored against the client and the song rather than the play, and it replaces any previous like of the same song.
A dislike does not by itself end the current play — send POST /play/\{play_id\}/skip as well if the listener expects the song to stop.

missingParameter (code 16) — no client_id was supplied, or the
play id in the path is missing (Invalid value for play id).
Credentials were missing or invalid. The response carries
WWW-Authenticate: Basic realm="Feed.fm".
